Dear Telly

Thank you for our smart design closet.  My husband is thrilled.  He loves having a place for his shoes and belts and not having his shirts all smashed together.   My daughter said that she thought it made the closet look bigger and less cluttered (that is always a plus).  My ten month old grandson had a grand time hiding between the shirts and pants.  I like having an organized place for everything.  Nothing has to be on the floor and nothing has to be stacked so high that you cannot get to it.  As you can tell, this closet is definitely a hit with the entire family. In this day of poor customer service it is refreshing to find someone who not only wants my business but is interested in me as the customer.  You asked questions and listened to what I needed.  You were not aggressive in sales nor did you use any type of sales pitch or gimmick on me.

I love my new closet! I can actually get more clothes in my closet now, but they stay organized and visible. You can tell it is excellent quality and the guys were really great to work with. They did a great job of fitting the closet to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I had the best experience with Telly and Smart Design Closets. I live in a double wide mobile home that is practically new but the closets were a nightmare. It was a pretty good size walk-in but there was just one rack all the way around it to hang stuff on (and they fell down a few times). We wanted something with more space and that would serve our needs better. Telly came to our home and looked at what we had beforehand to get a good idea of what we needed. I could not believe how much they cared about our needs. In the exact same space we had before we were able to double our hanging, add shelves for folded clothes, plus numerous spaces for all our shoes. I could not believe it! Plus everything was done in just a few hours. They took my old shelves out and put the new in all in a day. I would recommend these closets and the company to anyone they were GREAT!

I wanted a solution for my closets and went to the Branson Convention Center to the Home Show and looked at about five different closet companies. I chose to call the Smart Design Closet Company and I am very fortunate that I picked the right company...their product is of high grade. After making an appointment with Telly Parisse, he was as pleasant in person as he was on the telephone! He was so very helpful in designing to best fit the space and etc. Not at all pushing you to spend more but was very knowledgeable in letting you know about the add-ons if you decided later to add them. Telly and his assistant installed the closets and etc. and even cleaned up after installation which is a plus. I had California Closets do the master space in that house and the cost was 3.5 or 4 times higher than the “killer” price you’ve given me. They did give me a nice polo shirt, but not sure they were worth the $2000 difference in price lol!”
