Dear Telly
Thank you for our smart design closet. My husband is thrilled. He loves having a place for his shoes and belts and not having his shirts all smashed together. My daughter said that she thought it made the closet look bigger and less cluttered (that is always a plus). My ten month old grandson had a grand time hiding between the shirts and pants. I like having an organized place for everything. Nothing has to be on the floor and nothing has to be stacked so high that you cannot get to it. As you can tell, this closet is definitely a hit with the entire family.
In this day of poor customer service it is refreshing to find someone who not only wants my business but is interested in me as the customer. You asked questions and listened to what I needed. You were not aggressive in sales nor did you use any type of sales pitch or gimmick on me.
Thank you so much for your great design, your professionalism and most of all your attitude!
Blessings,
Nancy Lucas

Dear Micky & Telly,
As any good Missourian I am skeptical until you show me. When Lindsey told me she was having you look at redoing our closet, I thought she was wasting everybody’s time.
When we built our house almost twenty years ago we managed a reasonable size walk-in closet which was designed with the standard builder layout. At the time it was more than adequate, even impressive compared to what we previously had. Three years ago I decided that we were wasting lots of space and that the closet just wasn’t organized very well. I spent several weeks remodeling the closet with shoe racks, shelving and additional hanging space, not an inexpensive project. Having this new closet which I personal did, and very well if I do say so, I felt there was no room left for improvement. BOY WAS I WRONG!
After much convincing I allowed you to tear out my work, slightly damaging my ego, and transform our closet. We now have so many amenities that make a world of difference and help us keep organized and cleaned-up. We no longer have a laundry basket floating around, there are built in jewelry drawers, three times the drawer space, more shoe racks, sweater shelves, belt and tie racks, and the list goes on. The “piece de resistance” is the pull down upper clothes bars, which Lindsey always had difficulty reaching. With everything layed-out and visable, getting ready in the morning takes on a whole new attitude.
I would highly recommend you to anyone and would welcome the opportunity to tell any of your clients what a great job you did for us. I know one thing, if we ever build another house Smart Design Closets will not only do the closets but will be in on the design from the beginning.
